[Gbif-europe] 7thEuNodes meeting follow-up

Dear Node Managers,

I would like to thank you for attending our Regional meeting in Paris 
last week.

Based on our discussions, I drafted a workplan 2015-2016

with 25 selected joint actions.
May I ask you to review this document _by the end of this week_. Don't 
hesitate to directly update the shared document.
This will be very helpful, since I may have misinterpreted or missed 
some details.
Our final European workplan will be distributed later via our Community 
site.
