    As we did last year, in preparation of our Regional Nodes Meeting, I

    would like to invite you to fill-in a small survey (see annex).<br>

    A compilation of all the answers will be presented as an

    introduction to our meeting.<br>

    Please take time to reply <u>before April 5th</u>, even if you

    cannot attend our meeting in Lisbon.<br>

    And I would like to remind you that our Regional Nodes Meeting is

    only in one month from now, <u>19-21 april in Lisbon</u> and we

    would like you to register as soon as possible if you did not made
