<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">Nevertheless, participation in the aforementioned Working Group is also open to any Member States' authorities, at national, regional or local level (‘Type D members’) or any other public entities,
such as third countries' authorities, including candidate countries’ authorities, Union bodies, offices or agencies and international organisations (‘Type E members’).<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">Any authority or other body qualifying as type D or E members that are interested in becoming a member, should communicate this by e-mail to
<a href="mailto:ENV-IAS@ec.europa.eu" target="_blank">ENV-IAS@ec.europa.eu</a> including the nomination of their representatives, ensuring that the nominees can provide a high level of expertise.<u></u><u></u></p>
