Please find hereby GBIF draft Implementation Plan 2017-2020 and Action 
Plan for 2017.

This document will be further discussed and approved at the 23rd GBIF 
Governing Board.

I invite you to discover it and give me your comments _before October 19th_.

Governing Board.
