[Belgianbif] new GBIF roles with the Belgian Biodiversity Platform

[Belgian GBIF Contact Group]

Dear GBIF friends,

I’d like to inform you on internal changes within the Belgian Biodiversity
Platform ( <http://www.biodiversity.be/>BBPf) regarding GBIF roles.

Here are the recent movements :

** Dimitri Brosens <d.brosens at biodiversity.be>, formerly Data Officer, will
become the Node Manager

** André Heughebaert <a.heughebaert at biodiversity.be>, formerly Node
Manager, will become Head of Delegation
<https://docs.gbif.org/effective-nodes-guidance/1.0/en/#box-2>*

** Maxime Coupremanne <m.coupremanne at biodiversity.be> will continue as Data
Officer*

** Julien Cigar <j.cigar at biodiversity.be> remains our System Administrator*



In no way, these personnel movements will affect BELSPO's commitment to
GBIF. The BBPf will continue to serve with enthusiasm and professionalism
the Belgian community of data publishers and users.

These long prepared, hopefully seamless changes take place back on 1st Nov
with immediate effects.
