[ECA] Update/Minutes of the lunch meeting 29.04.2019

Dear Diana, all -

Apologies for the confusion/timing, as we actually had a short meeting
yesterday (29.04) during lunchtime already. Please find attached the
minutes of the meeting, kindly provided by my colleague Jorge Ventocilla.
It also includes a short list of "action points" which includes the
collection of ideas for the next PESC-meeting in a google document

For now, the template is still empty but we were thinking it could be good
to assemble ideas during this week already, and maybe schedule another ad
hoc ECA meeting later this week to catch up on this. As such, colleagues
that could not attend the first meeting can also express their ideas.

Meanwhile, I'll also try to get the ECA-mailing list updated as it seems
some addresses should be removed/others need to be added. We'll do that
still this week!
