Dear all,

I'm pleased to inform you that a lot of new vascular plant species have been
assessed through the ISEIA protocol and are now included in the Harmonia
information system. Please feel free to visit http://ias.biodiversity.be to
discover which are in the black or the watch lists. Many thanks to Fabienne,
Filip, Iris, Ludwig, Sonia & Wouter for the time they dedicated to the
impact assessment task.

Note that the ISEIA protocol has been also slightly improved. List system
now takes more categories into account, which allows a better prioritization
of management actions (see e.g.
http://ias.biodiversity.be/ias/definitions#list).

I take the opportunity of this email to announce that Belgium will become a
new partner of the Nobanis network (http://www.nobanis.org/) and that strong
synergies will be built in the future between both information systems.
Other countries as the Netherlands or the Czech republic will also join the
network.

Very best regards,

Etienne Branquart
