It dates from 2015 but was recently translated in English. We basically screened some available best practices to look at the information they contain and provide some guidance to writing best management practices for IAS from that. If not, it should be. I invite you to visit a nature reserve in my neighbourhood where this species is wrestling others native species to death by light-concurrence.
