Dear GBIF colleague,

Following the message earlier this week announcing a consultation on 
licensing of data in the GBIF network, I would like now to point your 
attention to a second consultation which will also be running over the 
next two months.

As planned in the GBIF Work Programme 2014-2016, this consultation 
relates to proposed modifications to the way that new data sets are 
added to the GBIF network.  We wish for broad consideration of this 
matter by the whole GBIF community.  The consultation document, and a 
form for submitting responses can be found at:

I urge you all to review the consultation document and to provide your 
input to endorsement at gbif.org <mailto:endorsement at gbif.org> by 16 June
