[Invasive-species] IAS best management practices writing guidance

Hi, Tim and onthers,

Can you and the others check if Rosa multiflora (dutch: Veelbloemige roos)
is on the list of the invasive exotic species?
If not, it should be.

I invite you to visit a nature reserve in my neighbourhood where this
species is wrestling others native species to death by light-concurrence.
